Ingredients
2 whole wheat small baguettes
1 chicken fillet
Brie
Green pesto
Serrano / smoked ham / bacon
salt and pepper
Directions
Cut the chicken fillet in two thin slices and grill it with the type of spices you prefer. I used salt, pepper, dill and provence.
Slice the baguettes in two and spread pesto over all the pieces, then fill the bottoms with the slices of chicken, brie and ham. If you like you can add some salt and pepper as well. When the bottom layers of the baguette is filled with deliciousness you can set the top back, and set them into the oven for 5-8 min at 200 degrees Celsius.
