Gingerbread & Chai Protein Muffins

gingerbread & chai protein muffin

Ingredients

40g oat flour

20g coconut flour

30g vanilla protein powder

40g greek yoghurt

40g apple sauce

1 egg

0,5 dl milk

3 tbsp tiger spice chai

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp psyllium husk

3 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp cardamom

1 tsp ground calves

a bit salt

Directions

Preheat the oven at 175 degrees Celsius. Blend all the ingredients together with a mixer, and pour the batter into 6 regular muffin forms. Put the muffins into the oven for about 15 minutes, and enjoy!
