healthy snickers

1. Layer, Peanut butter

50-60g creamy peanut butter

3,5 ounces dates

15g vanilla protein powder

50g oat flour

1 tbsp yacon syrup

a pinch of salt

2. Layer, caramel 

2 dl condensed milk ( vikingmelk)

3,5 ounces erythritol

2 tbsp yacon syrup

3. Layer, peanut

50-60g salted peanuts

4. Layer, chocolate

85g sugar-free chocolate

10g coconut butter

1. Mix all the ingredients in the 1. layer together in a food processor. When it`s all mixed together without lumps, press it into a square container. I used plastic foil in the container, so it became easy to get the snickers out of it. Press the layer down with your fingers and put the container in the fridge.

2. Mix all the ingredients together in a boiler, cook on medium heat for about 30-40 minutes. Remember to stir, so it don`t burn. when it`s done, pour the caramel over the 1. layer and put back in the fridge.

3. After about 30 minutes you can add some peanut over the caramel.

4. Melt the chocolate and coconut butter together in the microwave, and pour over the peanuts. Finally you can set the snickers back into the fridge for the last time. This time let it cool for about 30 minutes, or until you are ready to enjoy!
