Fruity Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

40g oats

10g vanilla protein powder

1/2 banana

1 tsp greek yoghurt

0,5-1 dl milk

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp psyllium husk

1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cardamom and 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Fruity Protein Pancakes

Directions

Mix it all together with a hand blender/ regular blender and cook. I topped mine with greek yoghurt and choppes strawberries, orange, plum and kiwi!
