Ingredients
30g oat flour
20g vanilla protein powder ( I used Prozyme from Tech Nutrition)
20g sukrinmelis
50g natural peanut butter, creamy
15g coconut oil extra virgin
1 tbsp honey
Chocolate
40g sugar-free chocolate
5g coconut butter ( or coconut oil)
Optional to add the chocolate layer, but it`s so good!
Directions
Before you start making the proteinbar ( first layer) you should melt the chocolate and coconut butter together in the microwave, and put it to the side.
Add all the ingredients that goes into the proteinbar (first layer) in a bowl and mix it all together into a thick dough.I choose to cover a small squared lunsh box with plastic wrap and pressed my protein dough into the box. The plastic wrap will make it a lot easier to get the protein bars out.
When the protein bar is pressed into the box you can pour the chocolate over and put it into the fridge for about 15 minutes or until the chocolate is fixed. This recipe will make 3 delicious, regular sized protein bars! Protein bars should be kept refrigerated
